Every candidate goes through a 4-stage screen: credential verification, technical assessment, live problem-solving with our domain reviewers, and a culture/communication interview. Only about 4% of applicants make it into our network.

All talent signs comprehensive IP assignment agreements before starting any work. You own everything they produce — code, designs, documents, ideas — with no carve-outs. We also offer mutual NDAs at any stage of the conversation.

You're billed monthly in arrears. Payment methods: ACH, wire, or card. First invoice is pro-rated from the start date. No setup fees, no hidden costs — the rate you see is the rate you pay.

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on every placement. If something isn't working — fit, performance, communication — tell us and we'll source a replacement at no additional cost. After 30 days, you can offboard with 30 days' notice anytime.

Most African time zones (GMT to GMT+3) overlap with European working hours and have 4–8 hours of US East/West Coast overlap. Most of our talent is async-first and adjusts their hours to match your team's rituals (standups, reviews).
